Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At My Safety Kart, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines our return and refund process.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

You can get a refund if the item is defective or not working. You must initiate returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Some items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To start a return, email info@mysafetykart.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions. You pay for return shipping unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

After inspection, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days. Partial refunds may be given for damaged items.

5. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@mysafetykart.com to arrange an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items The following are exempt from returns:

  • Custom orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable
